| Why does one get kicked out immediately, without warning, if one blows up a car early or sometimes even throw a early nade? |

If they are a "regular" a rule12 violation even a single one will result in a kick, with a message the message, "you should know better".
If you are "user" or "unregistered" it will simply warn you for the offense unless you kill 3 people in which case you get 3 warnings and you are temp banned from the server, unless overridden.
These settings are hard coded into the b3 for enforcement of rule12.

As target didnt say it, its not just a kick there is a warning with it too.
